Farmyard

The Farmyard in the middle of the yard was built primarily to amuse children. We find many children visiting Ballindoolin, from city areas, have never been near any farm animals before.

The animals in our Farmyard are accustomed to people and will come right up to be petted or talked to.

We have a large ginger Tamworth pig called Matilda, who is used to being outdoors, Vietnamese Pot Bellied Pigs, hens, cockerels, ducks, drakes, a lamb, a kid (baby goat, not a young child!), a Welsh pony called Bubbles, two Jersey calves, cats galore and dogs.
